Time Saver Hack – schedule in outlook to go out @ 9 am Monday & status is already changed to Encourage

2 Weeks Later they show up in your daily action plan / touch them 3 more times with phone calls / texts & preschedule emails.  Change status to monitor & no contact reminders & turn on appropriate drip campaign.
